Can't Everything Feel this Good?
Guys, this week was episode thirteen (!). We are in our longest season of all time, but we're not caving in yet! We have lots to say! Lots about letting onions turn deeply sweet and brown, lots about film, a random cleaning tip you'll probs be impressed by, gifts that feel good, an umami bomb condiment, and a few spatterings about that thing we love to see, the tangles of female friendship in books and on screen.

Orecchiette with ricotta, broad beans and mint, Nigel Slater Kitchen Diaries. If you stumble across some fresh broad beans in Harris Farm like SoRo did, grab them and spend an evening podding them while listening to your fave podcast (hi!). This basic recipe is good, but feel free to riff by adding chilli flakes, lemon zest and a big squeeze of lemon juice.

Random tip for removing tea stains from tea cups, you rub the inside with cooking salt, and it just comes off. We never knew this and it works so well?! So there you go.
