When daylight savings ends, there’s a chill in the air and my Instagram feed fills with dreamy European summer content, my baseline mood tends to drop a few points. If you’re in Sydney or Melbourne we’ve also spent the last two winters in lockdowns, with cases surging and daily press conferences - a recipe for seasonal depression all round!
So! What are we going to do about it? How can we get through these months relatively emotionally intact? How can we get to a place where though we may not fully enjoy winter, we can at least, maybe find a way to embrace it?
